Barbara J. Lowe is Associate Professor of Philosophy, Ethics minors’ advisor, and faculty affiliate for the Service Scholar Program at St. John Fisher University. She has contributed chapters to The Oxford Handbook of Jane Addams, The Oxford Handbook of American and British Women Philosophers in the Nineteenth Century, and Women in Pragmatism (Springer, 2022). She is a past recipient of SAAP’s Jane Addams Prize, hosted the 2019 Feminist-Pragmatist Colloquium in Rochester, NY, was co-chair of SAAP’s 2022 annual meeting, and is a current member of the SAAP Board of Directors.
