Professor of logic, epistemology and philosophy of science and coordinator of the Laboratory of Philosophy, Logic and Epistemology of Techno-Science (LabFILOETEC) at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). Collaborating researcher at the Center for Pragmatism Studies at PUC-SP, the Research Group on Medieval Latin Philosophy and Medieval Philosophy in Arabic (FALSAFA) and the Brazilian Research Network in Peircean Semiotics. Member of the Philosophical Association Scientiae Studia and the Charles S. Peirce Society, of which is member at large of the Executive Committee. Founding member of the Latin American Peirce Society. Local coordinator of Pint of Science-Itapetininga-SP. President of the Brazilian Logic Society (2025-2027).
